About 600–592 B.C.</p>

Knowest thou the meaning of the <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng tree] which thy father saw?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>22</span>  我回答說：明白了，那是神的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=zho 愛]，那愛散發到人類兒女心中，所以，比一切都令人渴望。</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>24</span> And after he had said these words, he said unto me: Look! And I looked, and I beheld the Son of God <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng going] forth among the children of men; and I saw many fall down at his feet and worship him.</p>

And the Lamb of God went forth and was <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng baptized] of him; and after he was baptized, I beheld the heavens open, and the Holy Ghost come down out of heaven and abide upon him in the form of a <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng dove].</p>

And they were <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng healed] by the power of the Lamb of God; and the devils and the unclean spirits were cast out.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>32</span>  事情是這樣的，天使又對我說：看！而我看過去就看到神的羔羊被群眾抓住；是的，永恆之神的兒子受世人<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=zho 審判]；我看見了，並為此作證。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>32</span> And it came to pass that the angel spake unto me again, saying: Look! And I looked and beheld the Lamb of God, that he was <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng taken] by the people; yea, the Son of the everlasting God was<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng judged] of the world; and I saw and bear record.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>33</span> And I, Nephi, saw that he was <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng lifted] up upon the cross and<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng slain] for the sins of the world.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>34</span>  祂被殺害後，我看見世上的群眾聚在一起，對抗羔羊的使徒；主的天使就是這樣稱呼那十二位的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>34</span> And after he was slain I saw the multitudes of the earth, that they were gathered together to <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng fight] against the apostles of the Lamb; for thus were the twelve called by the angel of the Lord.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>35</span>  世上的群眾聚在一起；我看見他們在一座巨大的廣<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=zho 廈]中，那廣廈就像我父親看到的一樣。主的天使又對我說：看那世人和世人的智慧；是的，看以色列家族已聚集在一起，要對抗羔羊的十二使徒。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>35</span> And the multitude of the earth was gathered together; and I beheld that they were in a large and spacious <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng building], like unto the building which my father saw. And the angel of the Lord spake unto me again, saying: Behold the world and the wisdom thereof; yea, behold the house of Israel hath gathered together to <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng fight]against the twelve apostles of the Lamb.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>36</span>  事情是這樣的，我看見並作證，那巨大的廣廈是世人的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=zho 驕傲]；它倒塌了，倒塌得非常厲害。而主的天使又對我說：與羔羊十二使徒對抗的各國、各族、各方、各民，都必這樣滅亡。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>36</span> And it came to pass that I saw and bear record, that the great and spacious building was the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng pride] of the world; and it <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/11?lang=eng fell], and the fall thereof was exceedingly great. And the angel of the Lord spake unto me again, saying: Thus shall be the destruction of all nations, kindreds, tongues, and people, that shall fight against the twelve apostles of the Lamb.</p>
