<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> And now when the king had heard these words, he said unto his priests: Away with this fellow, and slay him; for what have we to do with him, for he is <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng mad].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>2</span>  他們上前，想伸手抓他，但是他斥退他們，說：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>2</span> And they stood forth and attempted to lay their hands on him; but he withstood them, and said unto them:</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng Touch] me not, for God shall smite you if ye lay your hands upon me, for I have not delivered the message which the Lord sent me to deliver; neither have I told you that which ye <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng requested]that I should tell; therefore, God will not suffer that I shall be destroyed at this time.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>4</span>  我必須完成神命令我的誡命；你們因為我說了實話，就惱怒我；還因為我說了神的話，就斷定我瘋了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> But I must fulfil the commandments wherewith God has commanded me; and because I have told you the truth ye are angry with me. And again, because I have spoken the word of God ye have judged me that I am mad.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> Now it came to pass after Abinadi had spoken these words that the people of king Noah durst not lay their hands on him, for the Spirit of the Lord was upon him; and his face <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng shone] with exceeding luster, even as Moses’ did while in the mount of Sinai, while speaking with the Lord.</p>

Yea, and I perceive that it cuts you to your hearts because I tell you the truth concerning your iniquities.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>8</span>  是的，我所說的話使你們又驚、又奇、又怒。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> Yea, and my words fill you with wonder and amazement, and with anger.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> And now I read unto you the remainder of the<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng commandments] of God, for I perceive that they are not written in your hearts; I perceive that ye have studied and taught <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng iniquity]the most part of your lives.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span>  你們記得我對你們說過：不可為自己雕刻偶像，也不可做什麼形像，彷彿天上的、地下的，或水中的百物。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> And now, ye remember that I <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng said] unto you: Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of things which are in heaven above, or which are in the earth beneath, or which are in the water under the earth.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span>  還有不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉他，因為我，主，你的神是忌邪的神，恨我的，我必向子孫追討祖先的罪，直到三、四代；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>13</span> And again: Thou shalt not <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng bow] down thyself unto them, nor serve them; for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquities of the fathers upon the children, unto the third and fourth generations of them that hate me;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>14</span>  愛我、守我誡命的千萬人，我必向他們發慈愛。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>14</span> And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>15</span>  你不可妄稱主你神的名，因為妄稱主名的，主必不以他為無罪。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng guiltless] that taketh his name in vain.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>16</span>  當記念<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=zho 安息日]，守為聖日。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>16</span> Remember the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng sabbath] day, to keep it holy.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>17</span>  六日要勞碌做你一切的工；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>17</span> Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>18</span>  但第七日是主你神的安息日。你和你的兒子、女兒、僕人、婢女、牲畜，並你門裡寄居的客旅，無論何工都不可做；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>18</span> But the seventh day, the sabbath of the Lord thy God, thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy man-servant, nor thy maid-servant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>19</span>  因為<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=zho 六日]之內，主造天、地、海和其中的萬物；所以主賜福與安息日，定為聖日。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>19</span> For in <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng six] days the Lord made heaven and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is; wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>21</span> Thou shalt not <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng kill].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>22</span>  你不可<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=zho 姦淫]；你不可<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=zho 偷盜]。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>22</span> Thou shalt not commit <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng adultery]. Thou shalt not <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng steal].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>23</span>  你不可作<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=zho 假]見證陷害鄰人。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>23</span> Thou shalt not bear <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng false] witness against thy neighbor.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>24</span>  你不可<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=zho 貪戀]鄰人的房屋，也不可貪戀鄰人的妻子、僕人、婢女、牛驢，並他一切所有的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>24</span> Thou shalt not <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng covet] thy neighbor’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife, nor his man-servant, nor his maid-servant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbor’s.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>25</span>  事情是這樣的，阿賓納代說完這些話後，對他們說：你們是否教導人民做這一切事，來遵守這些誡命？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>25</span> And it came to pass that after Abinadi had made an end of these sayings that he said unto them: Have ye <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng taught] this people that they should observe to do all these things for to keep these commandments?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>26</span>  我告訴你們：沒有；如果你們做到了，主就不會差我來對這人民預言這禍事。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>26</span> I say unto you, Nay; for if ye had, the Lord would not have caused me to come forth and to prophesy evil concerning this people.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>27</span> And now ye have said that salvation cometh by the law of Moses. I say unto you that it is expedient that ye should <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng keep] the law of Moses as yet; but I say unto you, that the time shall come when it shall <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng no] more be expedient to keep the law of Moses.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>28</span> And moreover, I say unto you, that <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng salvation] doth not come by the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng law] alone; and were it not for the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng atonement], which God himself shall make for the sins and iniquities of his people, that they must unavoidably perish, notwithstanding the law of Moses.</p>

I say unto you, Nay, they did not all understand the law; and this because of the hardness of their hearts; for they understood not that there could not any man be saved <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng except] it were through the redemption of God.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>33</span> For behold, did not Moses prophesy unto them concerning the coming of the Messiah, and that God should redeem his people? Yea, and even <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng all] the prophets who have prophesied ever since the world began—have they not spoken more or less concerning these things?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>34</span>  他們不是說<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=zho 神]要親自降臨人類兒女中間，取得人的形像，以大能遍行於地面上？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>34</span> Have they not said that <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/13?lang=eng God] himself should come down among the children of men, and take upon him the form of man, and go forth in mighty power upon the face of the earth?</p>
