<p class='english'>The Father testifies of his Beloved Son—Christ appears and proclaims his atonement—The people feel the wound marks in his hands and feet and side—They cry Hosanna—He sets forth the mode and manner of baptism—The spirit of contention is of the devil—Christ’s doctrine is that men should believe and be baptized and receive the Holy Ghost. <p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> And it came to pass that while they were thus conversing one with another, they heard a <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng voice] as if it came out of heaven; and they cast their eyes round about, for they understood not the voice which they heard; and it was not a harsh voice, neither was it a loud voice; nevertheless, and notwithstanding it being a<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng small] voice it did <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng pierce] them that did hear to the center, insomuch that there was no part of their frame that it did not cause to quake; yea, it did pierce them to the very soul, and did cause their hearts to burn.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> And it came to pass that again they heard the voice, and they<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng understood] it not.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> And again the third time they did hear the voice, and did <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng open]their ears to hear it; and their eyes were towards the sound thereof; and they did look steadfastly towards heaven, from whence the sound came.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>6</span> 看啊，這第三次，他們聽懂了那聲音；那聲音對他們說：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>6</span> And behold, the third time they did understand the voice which they heard; and it said unto them:</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> Behold my <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng Beloved Son], <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng in] whom I am well pleased, in whom I have glorified my name—hear ye him.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> And it came to pass, as they understood they cast their eyes up again towards heaven; and behold, they <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng saw] a Man <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng descending]out of heaven; and he was clothed in a white robe; and he came down and stood in the midst of them; and the eyes of the whole multitude were turned upon him, and they durst not open their mouths, even one to another, and wist not what it meant, for they thought it was an angel that had appeared unto them.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>9</span> 事情是這樣的，祂伸出手來，對眾人說：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> And it came to pass that he stretched forth his hand and spake unto the people, saying:</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> Behold, I am Jesus Christ, whom the prophets testified shall come into the world.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> And behold, I am the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng light] and the life of the world; and I have drunk out of that bitter <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng cup] which the Father hath given me, and have glorified the Father in <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng taking] upon me the sins of the world, in the which I have suffered the <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng will] of the Father in all things from the beginning.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌說了這些話，群眾都倒在地上，因為他們記起曾有<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/12a 預言]說，基督升天後，要親自向他們顯現。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> And it came to pass that when Jesus had spoken these words the whole multitude <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng fell] to the earth; for they remembered that it had been <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng prophesied] among them that Christ should <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng show]himself unto them after his ascension into heaven.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span> 事情是這樣的，主對他們說：</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>14</span> 起來，到我這裡來，用手<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/14a 探]入我肋旁，也可以<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/14b 感覺]我手上和腳上的釘痕，好使你們知道我就是<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/14c 以色列]的神，全<sup class='chineseSup'>ｄ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/14d 地]的神，為了世人的罪而被殺害。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>14</span> Arise and come forth unto me, that ye may <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng thrust] your hands into my side, and also that ye may <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng feel] the prints of the nails in my hands and in my feet, that ye may know that I am the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng God] of Israel, and the God of the whole <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng earth], and have been slain for the sins of the world.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> And it came to pass that the multitude went forth, and thrust their hands into his side, and <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng did] feel the prints of the nails in his hands and in his feet; and this they did do, going forth one by one until they had all gone forth, and did see with their eyes and did feel with their hands, and did know of a surety and did bear record, that it was he, of whom it was written by the prophets, that should come.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>16</span> 他們都上前去親自證實後，同聲喊道：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>16</span> And when they had all gone forth and had witnessed for themselves, they did cry out with one accord, saying:</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>17</span> Hosanna! Blessed be the name of the Most High God! And they did fall down at the feet of Jesus, and did <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng worship] him.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>18</span> 事情是這樣的，祂向<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/18a 尼腓]說話（尼腓在群眾裡），命令他上前來。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>18</span> And it came to pass that he spake unto <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng Nephi] (for Nephi was among the multitude) and he commanded him that he should come forth.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>19</span> 尼腓站起來上前去，在主面前跪下，親祂的腳。</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>21</span> 主對他說：我賜給你<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/21a 權力]，當我再升天後，你要為這人民<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/21b 施洗]。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>21</span> And the Lord said unto him: I give unto you <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng power] that ye shall <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng baptize] this people when I am again ascended into heaven.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>22</span> 主又召喚<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/22a 其他]人，對他們說同樣的話，並賜給他們施洗的權力。祂對他們說：你們當照這樣施洗，彼此<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/22b 不可]再有爭論。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>22</span> And again the Lord called <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng others], and said unto them likewise; and he gave unto them power to baptize. And he said unto them: On this wise shall ye baptize; and there shall be <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng no]disputations among you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>23</span> 我實在告訴你們，凡因你們的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/23a 話]而悔改他的罪，並<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/23b 渴望]奉我的名受洗的，你們要照這樣為他們施洗──看啊，你們要走下去<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/23c 站]在水中，奉我的名為他們施洗。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>23</span> Verily I say unto you, that whoso repenteth of his sins through your <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng words], and <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng desireth] to be baptized in my name, on this wise shall ye baptize them—Behold, ye shall go down and<sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng stand] in the water, and in my name shall ye baptize them.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>24</span> 現在看啊，這些是你們要說的話，你們叫他們的名字說：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>24</span> And now behold, these are the words which ye shall say, calling them by name, saying:</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>25</span> Having <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng authority] given me of Jesus Christ, I baptize you in the name of the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng Father], and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>26</span> 然後你們要將他們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/26a 浸沒]水中，再從水中出來。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>26</span> And then shall ye <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng immerse] them in the water, and come forth again out of the water.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>27</span> 你們要照這樣奉我的名施洗；因為看啊，我實在對你們說，父、子、聖靈原為<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/27a 一]；我在父裡面，父在我裡面，父與我原為一。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>27</span> And after this manner shall ye <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng baptize] in my name; for behold, verily I say unto you, that the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost are <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng one]; and I am in the Father, and the Father in me, and the Father and I are one.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>28</span> 你們要照我命令的施洗。你們不可和過去一樣彼此<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/28a 爭論]，也不可和過去一樣爭論我教義中的要點。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>28</span> And according as I have commanded you thus shall ye baptize. And there shall be no <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng disputations] among you, as there have hitherto been; neither shall there be disputations among you concerning the points of my doctrine, as there have hitherto been.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>29</span> 我實實在在告訴你們，凡具有<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/29a 紛爭]之靈的，不是屬於我的，是屬於<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/29b 魔鬼]的；魔鬼是紛爭之父，他煽動人心彼此挾怒紛爭。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>29</span> For verily, verily I say unto you, he that hath the spirit of<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng contention] is not of me, but is of the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng devil], who is the father of contention, and he stirreth up the hearts of men to contend with anger, one with another.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>30</span> 看啊，煽動人心彼此激怒敵對，這不是我的教義；而這是我的教義，就是要消除這種事。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>30</span> Behold, this is not my doctrine, to stir up the hearts of men with anger, one against another; but this is my doctrine, that such things <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng should] be done away.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>31</span> 看啊，我實實在在告訴你們，我要向你們宣布我的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/31a 教義]。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>31</span> Behold, verily, verily, I say unto you, I will declare unto you my <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng doctrine].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>32</span> 這是我的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/32a 教義]，也是父賜給我的教義；我為父<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/32b 作證]，父為我作證，而<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/32c 聖靈]為父與我作證；我作證父命令各地所有的人悔改並相信我。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>32</span> And this is my <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng doctrine], and it is the doctrine which the Father hath given unto me; and I bear <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng record] of the Father, and the Father beareth record of me, and the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng Holy Ghost] beareth record of the Father and me; and I bear record that the Father commandeth all men, everywhere, to repent and believe in me.</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>40</span> 凡宣講這教義時有所增減，並宣稱為我的教義的，必來自魔鬼，不是建立在我的磐石上，而是建立在<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/11/40a 沙土]的基礎上，大水湧到、狂風吹打時，地獄之門就敞開，吞沒他們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>40</span> And whoso shall <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng declare] more or less than this, and establish it for my doctrine, the same cometh of evil, and is not built upon my rock; but he buildeth upon a <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/11?lang=eng sandy] foundation, and the gates of hell stand open to receive such when the floods come and the winds beat upon them.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>41</span> 因此，你們往這人民那裡去，將我說的話，傳揚到大地各端。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>41</span> Therefore, go forth unto this people, and declare the words which I have spoken, unto the ends of the earth.</p>
