<p class='english'>Jesus institutes the sacrament among the Nephites—They are commanded to pray always in his name—Those who eat his flesh and drink his blood unworthily are damned—The disciples are given power to confer the Holy Ghost. About A.D. 34.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌命令祂的門徒拿些<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/1a 麵包]和葡萄酒來給祂。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> And it came to pass that Jesus commanded his disciples that they should bring forth some <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng bread] and wine unto him.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>2</span> And while they were gone for bread and wine, he commanded the multitude that they should sit themselves down upon the earth.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> And when the disciples had come with <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng bread] and wine, he took of the bread and brake and blessed it; and he gave unto the disciples and commanded that they should eat.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> And when they had eaten and were filled, he commanded that they should give unto the multitude.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> And when the multitude had eaten and were filled, he said unto the disciples: Behold there shall one be <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng ordained] among you, and to him will I give power that he shall <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng break] <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng bread] and bless it and give it unto the people of my <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng church], unto all those who shall believe and be baptized in my name.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>6</span> 這件事你們要常常遵行，像我所行的一樣，就是像我剛才擘麵包，祝福麵包，並給你們那樣。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>6</span> And this shall ye always observe to <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng do], even as I have done, even as I have broken bread and blessed it and given it unto you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>7</span> 你們應當這樣做，以<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/7a 記得]我的身體，這身體我已給你們看了。這樣也是要向父證明，你們一直記得我。如果你們一直記得我，就必有我的靈與你們同在。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> And this shall ye do in <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng remembrance] of my <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng body], which I have shown unto you. And it shall be a testimony unto the Father that ye do always remember me. And if ye do always remember me ye shall have my Spirit to be with you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>8</span> 事情是這樣的，祂說了這些話，就命令祂的門徒拿杯中的葡萄酒喝，並命令他們也給群眾喝。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> And it came to pass that when he said these words, he commanded his disciples that they should take of the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng wine] of the cup and drink of it, and that they should also give unto the multitude that they might drink of it.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>9</span> 事情是這樣的，他們照著做，喝了且喝夠了，再給群眾，群眾也喝了且喝夠了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> And it came to pass that they did so, and did drink of it and were filled; and they gave unto the multitude, and they did drink, and they were filled.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>10</span> 門徒做了這事，耶穌對他們說：由於你們做的這件事，你們有福了，因為這是在遵行我的誡命，也是向父證明，你們願意做我命令你們的事。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> And when the disciples had done this, Jesus said unto them: Blessed are ye for this thing which ye have done, for this is fulfilling my commandments, and this doth witness unto the Father that ye are <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng willing] to do that which I have commanded you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>11</span> 你們要常常為悔改並奉我名受洗的人做這件事；你們應當這樣做以記得我為你們流的血，使你們得以向父證明，你們一直記得我。如果你們一直記得我，就必有我的靈與你們同在。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> And this shall ye always do to those who repent and are baptized in my name; and ye shall do it in <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng remembrance] of my<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng blood], which I have shed for you, that ye may witness unto the Father that ye do always remember me. And if ye do always remember me ye shall have my Spirit to be with you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span> 我賜給你們一條誡命，你們應當做這些事；如果你們常常做這些事，你們就有福了，因為你們就建立在我的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/12a 磐石]上了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> And I give unto you a commandment that ye shall do these things. And if ye shall always do these things blessed are ye, for ye are built upon my <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng rock].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span> 但是你們之中，無論誰做得比這些更多或更少，就不是建立在我的磐石上，而是建立在沙土的基礎上；雨水降下、洪水來到、風吹打在他們身上，他們就必<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/13a 倒塌]，那<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/13b 地獄]之門，也隨時敞開迎接他們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>13</span> But whoso among you shall do <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng more] or less than these are not built upon my rock, but are built upon a sandy foundation; and when the rain descends, and the floods come, and the winds blow, and beat upon them, they shall <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng fall], and the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng gates] of hell are ready open to receive them.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>14</span> 所以如果你們遵守我的誡命，你們就有福了；這些誡命是父命令我賜給你們的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>14</span> Therefore blessed are ye if ye shall keep my commandments, which the Father hath commanded me that I should give unto you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>15</span> 我實實在在告訴你們，你們必須隨時警醒，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/15a 常常]禱告，以免為魔鬼所惑，被誘騙成了他的俘虜。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> Verily, verily, I say unto you, ye must watch and <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng pray] always, lest ye be tempted by the devil, and ye be led away captive by him.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>16</span> 你們也要像我在你們當中禱告那樣，在我教會中禱告，在悔改並奉我名受洗的我的人民中禱告。看啊，我就是<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/16a 光]；我已為你們作了<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/16b 榜樣]。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>16</span> And as I have prayed among you even so shall ye pray in my<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng church], among my people who do repent and are baptized in my name. Behold I am the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng light]; I have set an <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng example] for you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>17</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌對門徒說了這些話，又轉向群眾，對他們說：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>17</span> And it came to pass that when Jesus had spoken these words unto his disciples, he turned again unto the multitude and said unto them:</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>18</span> 看啊，我實實在在告訴你們，你們必須隨時警醒，常常禱告，免得你們屈服於誘惑；因為<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/18a 撒但]渴望得到你們，好讓他像篩麥子那樣篩你們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>18</span> Behold, verily, verily, I say unto you, ye must watch and pray always lest ye enter into temptation; for <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng Satan] desireth to have you, that he may sift you as wheat.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>19</span> 所以你們必須常常奉我的名向父禱告；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>19</span> Therefore ye must always pray unto the Father in my name;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>20</span> 你們奉我的名，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/20a 無論]向父求什麼，只要正當，並且相信必然得到，看啊，你們求的就必賜給你們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>20</span> And <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng whatsoever] ye shall ask the Father in my name, which is right, believing that ye shall receive, behold it shall be given unto you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>21</span> 你們要常奉我的名，在家中向父<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/21a 禱告]，使你們的妻子和你們的兒女得蒙祝福。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>21</span> <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng Pray] in your families unto the Father, always in my name, that your wives and your children may be blessed.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>22</span> 看啊，你們要時常聚在一起；你們聚在一起時，不可禁止任何人到你們這裡來，要讓他們到你們這裡來，不要禁止他們；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>22</span> And behold, ye shall <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng meet] together oft; and ye shall not forbid any man from coming unto you when ye shall meet together, but suffer them that they may come unto you and forbid them not;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>23</span> 你們卻要為他們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/23a 禱告]；不可趕他們出去；如果他們常來，你們就要奉我的名，為他們向父禱告。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>23</span> But ye shall <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng pray] for them, and shall not cast them out; and if it so be that they come unto you oft ye shall pray for them unto the Father, in my name.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>24</span> 因此，舉起你們的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/24a 光]，照耀世界。看啊，我就是你們要舉起的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/24b 光]──那就是你們見我所做的事。看啊，你們已看到我向父禱告，你們也都見證了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>24</span> Therefore, hold up your <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng light] that it may shine unto the world. Behold I am the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng light] which ye shall hold up—that which ye have seen me do. Behold ye see that I have prayed unto the Father, and ye all have witnessed.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>25</span> 你們看到我命令你們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/25a 一個]也不要離開，卻命令你們到我這裡來，好讓你們<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/25b 感覺到]也看到；你們也要這樣對待世人；誰若違反這誡命，就是讓自己受誘惑。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>25</span> And ye see that I have commanded that <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng none] of you should go away, but rather have commanded that ye should come unto me, that ye might <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng feel] and see; even so shall ye do unto the world; and whosoever breaketh this commandment suffereth himself to be led into temptation.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>26</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌說了這些話，又把目光移向祂揀選的門徒，對他們說：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>26</span> And now it came to pass that when Jesus had spoken these words, he turned his eyes again upon the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng disciples] whom he had chosen, and said unto them:</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>27</span> 看啊，我實實在在告訴你們，我給你們另一條誡命，之後我就必須到我<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/27a 父]那裡去，完成祂賜給我的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/27b 其他]誡命。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>27</span> Behold verily, verily, I say unto you, I give unto you another commandment, and then I must go unto my <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng Father] that I may fulfil <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng other] commandments which he hath given me.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>28</span> 現在看啊，這就是我給你們的誡命：你們主理聖餐時，不可故意讓任何人<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/28a 不配稱]地<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/28b 領受]我的肉和血；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>28</span> And now behold, this is the commandment which I give unto you, that ye shall not suffer any one knowingly to <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng partake] of my flesh and blood <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng unworthily], when ye shall minister it;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>29</span> 因為凡<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/29a 不配稱]地吃喝我的肉和<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/29b 血]的，就是把罪罰吃進喝進他的靈魂裡；所以如果你們知道某人不配吃喝我的肉和血，就應當禁止他。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>29</span> For whoso eateth and drinketh my flesh and <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng blood]<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng unworthily] eateth and drinketh damnation to his soul; therefore if ye know that a man is unworthy to eat and drink of my flesh and blood ye shall forbid him.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>30</span> 然而，不可將他從你們當中<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/30a 趕出]去，反而應當施助他，並奉我的名為他向父禱告；如果他悔改並奉我的名受洗，就應當接納他，並將我的肉和血給他領受。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>30</span> Nevertheless, ye shall not <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng cast] him out from among you, but ye shall <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng minister] unto him and shall pray for him unto the Father, in my name; and if it so be that he repenteth and is baptized in my name, then shall ye receive him, and shall minister unto him of my flesh and blood.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>31</span> 但他若不悔改，便不能算在我的人民中，免得他毀了我的人民，因為看啊，我認得<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/31a 我]的羊，牠們經過點算。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>31</span> But if he repent not he shall not be numbered among my people, that he may not destroy my people, for behold I <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng know]<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng my] sheep, and they are numbered.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>32</span> 雖然如此，你們仍不可將他從你們的會堂或崇拜的地方趕出去，應當繼續施助這樣的人；因為你們不知道，他們還是會回頭悔改，全心全意歸向我，我也會<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/32a 醫治]他們；你們要作為那帶給他們救恩的工具。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>32</span> Nevertheless, ye shall not cast him out of your <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng synagogues], or your places of worship, for unto such shall ye continue to minister; for ye know not but what they will return and repent, and come unto me with full purpose of heart, and I shall <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng heal]them; and ye shall be the means of bringing salvation unto them.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>33</span> 所以你們要遵守我命令你們的這些話，免得被<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/33a 定罪]；因為被父定罪的有禍了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>33</span> Therefore, keep these sayings which I have commanded you that ye come not under <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng condemnation]; for wo unto him whom the Father condemneth.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>34</span> 因為你們當中有爭論，我才給你們這些誡命。如果你們當中<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/34a 沒有]爭論，你們就有福了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>34</span> And I give you these commandments because of the disputations which have been among you. And blessed are ye if ye have <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng no] disputations among you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>35</span> 現在我要到父那裡去，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/35a 為了]你們的緣故，我必須到父那裡去。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>35</span> And now I go unto the Father, because it is expedient that I should go unto the Father <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng for] your sakes.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>36</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌講完這些話，便用<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/36a 手]一一觸摸祂揀選的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/36b 門徒]，直到祂觸摸了每一個，並一面觸摸他們，一面對他們說話。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>36</span> And it came to pass that when Jesus had made an end of these sayings, he touched with his <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng hand] the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng disciples] whom he had chosen, one by one, even until he had touched them all, and spake unto them as he touched them.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>37</span> 群眾沒有聽到祂說的話，所以沒有作證；但門徒都作證，說祂授予他們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/37a 權力]賜予<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/37b 聖靈]。以後我會讓你們知道這見證是真的。</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>38</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌一一觸摸了他們後，有一片<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/18/38a 雲]飄過來遮住群眾，使他們看不見耶穌。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>38</span> And it came to pass that when Jesus had touched them all, there came a <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/18?lang=eng cloud] and overshadowed the multitude that they could not see Jesus.</p>

And the disciples saw and did bear record that he ascended again into heaven.</p>
