<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span>  看啊，如果神會把我的話賜給這得免一死的人民的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=zho 遺裔]，讓他們知道他們祖先的事，那麼，我要對他們講幾句話；是的，我對你們這些以色列家族的遺裔講話；這些就是我要講的話：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> And now, behold, I would speak somewhat unto the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng remnant] of this people who are spared, if it so be that God may give unto them my words, that they may know of the things of their fathers; yea, I speak unto you, ye remnant of the house of Israel; and these are the words which I speak:</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>3</span>  你們要知道你們必須悔改，否則無法得救。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> Know ye that ye must come unto repentance, or ye cannot be saved.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>4</span>  你們要知道你們必須放下作戰武器，不再喜愛流人血；不要再拿起作戰武器，除非神命令你們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> Know ye that ye must lay down your weapons of war, and delight no more in the shedding of blood, and take them not again, save it be that God shall <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng command] you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>5</span>  你們要知道你們必須<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=zho 認識]你們的祖先，悔改你們一切罪惡和不義，<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=zho 相信]耶穌基督，相信祂是神的兒子，相信祂被猶太人殺死，並已藉著父的大能復活了，因此祂已<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=zho 勝過]了墳墓；死亡的毒鉤也因祂而被吞沒。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> Know ye that ye must come to the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng knowledge] of your fathers, and repent of all your sins and iniquities, and <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng believe] in Jesus Christ, that he is the Son of God, and that he was slain by the Jews, and by the power of the Father he hath risen again, whereby he hath gained the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng victory] over the grave; and also in him is the sting of death swallowed up.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> Therefore repent, and be baptized in the name of Jesus, and lay hold upon the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng gospel] of Christ, which shall be set before you, not only in this record but also in the record which shall come unto the Gentiles <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng from] the Jews, which record shall come from the Gentiles <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng unto] you.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> For behold, <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng this] is <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng written] for the intent that ye may <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng believe]that; and if <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng ye] believe that ye will believe this also; and if ye believe this ye will know concerning your fathers, and also the marvelous works which were wrought by the power of God among them.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>10</span>  你們也必知道你們是雅各後裔的遺裔；所以你們是被算在最初的約民裡的；如果你們相信基督，並遵照救主命令我們的，效法祂的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=zho 榜樣]受洗，先受水的洗禮，再受火與聖靈的洗禮，那麼到審判的日子，你們的景況一定很好。阿們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> And ye will also know that ye are a <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng remnant] of the seed of Jacob; therefore ye are numbered among the people of the first covenant; and if it so be that ye believe in Christ, and are baptized, first <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng with] water, then with fire and with the Holy Ghost, following the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/morm/7?lang=eng example] of our Savior, according to that which he hath commanded us, it shall be well with you in the day of judgment.
