<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> And it came to pass in the which rebellion, they were desirous to return unto the land of Jerusalem.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> How is it that ye have not hearkened unto the word of the Lord?</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> Yea, and how is it that ye have forgotten what great things the Lord hath done for us, in <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng delivering] us out of the hands of Laban, and also that we should obtain the record?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span>  是的，難道你們忘記了，只要人類兒女運用<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=zho 對]主的信心，主必依照祂的旨意為他們做一切的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=zho 事情]嗎？因此，讓我們對祂忠信吧。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> Yea, and how is it that ye have forgotten that the Lord is able to do all <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng things] according to his will, for the children of men, if it so be that they exercise <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng faith] in him? Wherefore, let us be faithful to him.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span>  只要我們對祂忠信，我們必獲得<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=zho 應許地]；將來某個時期，你們就會知道主說耶路撒冷要<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=zho 毀滅]的話必然應驗；因為凡主講過有關耶路撒冷毀滅的事，都必應驗。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>13</span> And if it so be that we are faithful to him, we shall obtain the<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng land] of promise; and ye shall know at some future period that the word of the Lord shall be fulfilled concerning the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng destruction] of<sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng Jerusalem]; for all things which the Lord hath spoken concerning the destruction of Jerusalem must be fulfilled.</p>

And they have sought to take away the<sup class='englishSup'>e</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng life] of my father, insomuch that they have driven him out of the land.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>15</span>  現在看啊，我告訴你們，如果你們回耶路撒冷去，你們也必和他們一同滅亡。現在，如果這是你們的決定，就上那地去吧，並且記住我對你們講的話，如果你們回去，你們也必滅亡；因為主的靈強制我一定要這樣說。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> Now behold, I say unto you that if ye will return unto Jerusalem ye shall also perish with them. And now, if ye have choice, go up to the land, and remember the words which I speak unto you, that if ye go ye will also perish; for thus the Spirit of the Lord constraineth me that I should speak.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>16</span>  事情是這樣的，我，尼腓，對我哥哥講了這些話，他們就惱怒我。事情是這樣的，他們向我動手，因為看啊，他們極其憤怒，竟用繩索<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=zho 捆綁]我，圖謀我的性命，要把我丟在曠野中，給野獸吞食。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>16</span> And it came to pass that when I, Nephi, had spoken these words unto my brethren, they were angry with me. And it came to pass that they did lay their hands upon me, for behold, they were exceedingly wroth, and they did <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng bind] me with cords, for they sought to take away my life, that they might leave me in the wilderness to be devoured by wild beasts.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>17</span> But it came to pass that I prayed unto the Lord, saying: O Lord, according to my faith which is in thee, wilt thou deliver me from the hands of my brethren; yea, even give me <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng strength] that I may <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng burst] these bands with which I am bound.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>18</span>  事情是這樣的，我講完這些話，看啊，我手腳上的繩索就鬆開了，我站在哥哥面前，再對他們講話。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>18</span> And it came to pass that when I had said these words, behold, the bands were loosed from off my hands and feet, and I stood before my brethren, and I spake unto them again.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>19</span> And it came to pass that they were angry with me again, and sought to lay hands upon me; but behold, one of the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng daughters] of Ishmael, yea, and also her mother, and one of the sons of Ishmael, did plead with my brethren, insomuch that they did soften their hearts; and they did cease striving to take away my life.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>20</span>  事情是這樣的，他們為自己的邪惡感到憂傷，於是伏在我面前，懇求我寬恕他們對我做的事。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>20</span> And it came to pass that they were sorrowful, because of their wickedness, insomuch that they did bow down before me, and did plead with me that I would <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/7?lang=eng forgive] them of the thing that they had done against me.</p>

And it came to pass that they did so. And after they had done praying unto the Lord we did again travel on our journey towards the tent of our father.</p>
