<p class='english'>Chapter 10</p>
<p class='chinese'>大地寂靜了許多時辰──基督的聲音應許要像母雞聚集小雞那樣聚集祂的人民──較正義的人民都已得保全。約主後三四年至三五年。</p>
<p class='english'>There is silence in the land for many hours—The voice of Christ promises to gather his people as a hen gathers her chickens—The more righteous part of the people have been preserved. About A.D. 34–35.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span> 現在看啊，事情是這樣的，當地全體人民都聽到這些話，並為此作見證。這些話講完後，此地寂靜了許多時辰；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> And now behold, it came to pass that all the people of the land did <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng hear] these sayings, and did witness of it. And after these sayings there was silence in the land for the space of many hours;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>2</span> 人民非常驚異，都停止了因失去被殺了的親人而引起的悲痛與哭號。整個地方因此寂靜了許多時辰。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>2</span> For so great was the astonishment of the people that they did cease lamenting and howling for the loss of their kindred which had been slain; therefore there was silence in all the land for the space of many hours.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>3</span> 事情是這樣的，又有聲音臨到人民，全體人民都聽到了，並為此作了見證；那聲音說：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> And it came to pass that there came a voice again unto the people, and all the people did hear, and did witness of it, saying:</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>4</span> 你們這些倒塌了的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/4a 大]城的居民啊，你們是雅各的後代，是的，屬於以色列家族，我多次像母雞聚集小雞於翅膀底下那樣，聚集你們，<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/4b 養育]你們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> O ye people of these <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng great] cities which have fallen, who are descendants of Jacob, yea, who are of the house of Israel, how oft have I <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng gathered] you as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and have <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng nourished] you.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>5</span> 你們這些已墜落的以色列家族啊，我<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/5a 多次]要聚集你們，好像母雞把小雞聚集在翅膀底下；是的，你們這些住在耶路撒冷並已墜落的以色列家族啊，我多次要聚集你們，像母雞聚集小雞那樣，只是你們不願意。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> And again, <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng how] oft would I have gathered you as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, yea, O ye people of the house of Israel, who have fallen; yea, O ye people of the house of Israel, ye that dwell at Jerusalem, as ye that have fallen; yea, how oft would I have gathered you as a hen gathereth her chickens, and ye would not.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>6</span> 你們這些我<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/6a 赦免]一死的以色列家族啊，如果你們肯悔改，全<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/6b 心]全意<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/6c 轉向]我，我會多次聚集你們，好像母雞把小雞聚集在翅膀底下。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>6</span> O ye house of Israel whom I have <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng spared], how oft will I gather you as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, if ye will repent and <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng return] unto me with full purpose of <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng heart].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>7</span> 但是，以色列家族啊，你們若不肯，在我和你們祖先所立的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/7a 聖約]完成以前，你們居住的地方必變成廢墟。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> But if not, O house of Israel, the places of your dwellings shall become <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng desolate] until the time of the fulfilling of the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng covenant]to your fathers.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>8</span> 事情是這樣的，人民聽了這些話，看啊，他們又因失去親友而開始哭泣哀號。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> And now it came to pass that after the people had heard these words, behold, they began to weep and howl <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng again] because of the loss of their kindred and friends.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>9</span> 事情是這樣的，三天就這樣過去了。到了早晨，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/9a 黑暗]從地面消散，大地停止震動，岩石停止崩裂，那可怕的呻吟也停止了，所有的巨大聲響都消失了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> And it came to pass that thus did the three days pass away. And it was in the morning, and the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng darkness] dispersed from off the face of the land, and the earth did cease to tremble, and the<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng rocks] did cease to rend, and the dreadful groanings did cease, and all the tumultuous noises did pass away.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>10</span> 大地又合在一起，堅立不移；得免一死的人停止了悲傷、哭泣與哭號；他們轉憂為喜，化悲歎為對他們救贖主耶穌基督的讚美與感謝。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> And the earth did cleave together again, that it stood; and the<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng mourning], and the weeping, and the wailing of the people who were spared alive did cease; and their mourning was turned into joy, and their lamentations into the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng praise] and thanksgiving unto the Lord Jesus Christ, their Redeemer.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>11</span> 眾先知所說的經文，到此都<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/11a 應驗]了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> And thus far were the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng scriptures] <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng fulfilled] which had been spoken by the prophets.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span> 是人民中<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/12a 比較]正義的那部分人獲救了，還有那些接待眾先知，而沒有用石頭砸他們的；還有那些沒有流眾聖徒血的，得以倖免──</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> And it was the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng more] righteous part of the people who were saved, and it was they who received the prophets and stoned them not; and it was they who had not shed the blood of the saints, who were spared—</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span> 他們得以倖免，沒有沉落而埋在地下，沒有淹死在海底，沒有遭火焚，沒有被砸到而壓死，沒有被旋風捲走，也沒有被煙和黑暗的霧氣打倒。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>13</span> And they were spared and were not sunk and buried up in the earth; and they were not drowned in the depths of the sea; and they were not burned by fire, neither were they fallen upon and crushed to death; and they were not carried away in the whirlwind; neither were they overpowered by the vapor of smoke and of darkness.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>14</span> 凡閱讀的，應當明白；有經文的，應當<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/14a 查考]，看看並想想這一切由火、由煙、由風暴、由旋風，以及由大地吞人的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/14b 裂口]等造成的死亡和毀滅，這一切事情，是否都應驗了許多聖先知的預言。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>14</span> And now, whoso readeth, let him understand; he that hath the scriptures, let him <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng search] them, and see and behold if all these deaths and destructions by fire, and by smoke, and by <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng tempests], and by whirlwinds, and by the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng opening] of the earth to receive them, and all these things are not unto the fulfilling of the prophecies of many of the holy prophets.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>15</span> 看啊，我告訴你們，是的，基督來臨時已經有很多人見證了這些事，並且因為見證了這些事而<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/15a 遇害]。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> Behold, I say unto you, Yea, many have testified of these things at the coming of Christ, and were <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng slain] because they testified of these things.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>16</span> 是的，先知<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/16a 徐納斯]曾見證這些事，徐諾克也講過與這些有關的事；因為他們特別見證有關我們的事；我們是他們後裔的遺裔。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>16</span> Yea, the prophet <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng Zenos] did testify of these things, and also Zenock spake <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng concerning] these things, because they testified particularly concerning us, who are the remnant of their seed.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>17</span> 看啊，我們的祖先雅各，也曾為約瑟後裔<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/17a 遺裔]的事作見證。看啊，我們不就是約瑟後裔的遺裔嗎？為我們見證的這些事，不是記載於我們祖先李海從耶路撒冷帶出來的銅頁片上嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>17</span> Behold, our father Jacob also testified concerning a <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng remnant]of the seed of Joseph. And behold, are not we a remnant of the seed of Joseph? And these things which testify of us, are they not written upon the plates of brass which our father Lehi brought out of Jerusalem?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>18</span> 事情是這樣的，第三十四年末，看啊，我要讓你們知道，得免一死的尼腓人，以及得免一死、曾被稱為拉曼人的，都蒙得大恩，並有極大的祝福傾注在他們頭上，甚至基督<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/18a 升天]後不久，真的向他們顯現──</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>18</span> And it came to pass that in the ending of the thirty and fourth year, behold, I will show unto you that the people of Nephi who were spared, and also those who had been called <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng Lamanites], who had been spared, did have great favors shown unto them, and great <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng blessings] poured out upon their heads, insomuch that soon after the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng ascension] of Christ into heaven he did truly manifest himself unto them—</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>19</span> 祂將身體<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/10/19a 顯]給他們看，教導他們；有關祂事工的記事，將在下文敘述。因此目前我講到此為止。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>19</span> <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/10?lang=eng Showing] his body unto them, and ministering unto them; and an account of his ministry shall be given hereafter. Therefore for this time I make an end of my sayings.</p>
