<p class='english'>Jesus teaches the Nephites the Lord’s Prayer—They are to lay up treasures in heaven—The Twelve in their ministry are commanded to take no thought for temporal things—Compare Matthew 6. About A.D. 34.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span> 我實實在在地說，我希望你們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/1a 賙濟]窮人；只是你們要小心，不可將賙濟的事行在人前，叫他們看見；若是這樣，就不能得你們在天上的父的賞賜了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng Verily], verily, I say that I would that ye should do alms unto the poor; but take heed that ye do not your alms before men to be seen of them; otherwise ye have no reward of your Father who is in heaven.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>2</span> 所以你們賙濟時，不可在你們前面吹號，像那假冒為善的人，在會堂裡和在街道上所行的，要得人的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/2a 榮耀]。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得了他們的賞賜。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>2</span> Therefore, when ye shall do your alms do not sound a trumpet before you, as will hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng glory] of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>3</span> 你們賙濟時，不要叫左手知道右手做的；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> But when thou doest alms let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>4</span> 要叫你們賙濟的事行在暗中，你們的父在暗中察看，必公開酬賞你們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> That thine alms may be in secret; and thy Father who seeth in secret, himself shall reward thee openly.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> And when thou <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng prayest] thou shalt not do as the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng hypocrites], for they love to pray, standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>6</span> 你們禱告時，要進你們的內屋，關上門，向你們在暗中的父禱告，你們的父在暗中察看，必公開酬賞你們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>6</span> But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng shut] thy door, pray to thy Father who is in secret; and thy Father, who <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng seeth] in secret, shall reward thee openly.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>7</span> 你們禱告，不可像異教徒，無謂地重複許多話，他們以為話多了必蒙垂聽。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> But when ye pray, use not <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng vain] repetitions, as the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng heathen], for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>8</span> 你們不可效法他們，因為你們沒有祈求以前，你們所需用的，你們的父早已<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/8a 知道]了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> Be not ye therefore like unto them, for your Father <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng knoweth]what things ye have need of before ye <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng ask] him.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>9</span> 所以你們要照這<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/9a 方式]<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/9b 禱告]：我們在<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/9c 天上]的父，願人都尊您的名為聖。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> After this <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng manner] therefore <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng pray] ye: Our <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng Father] who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>10</span> 願您的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>11</span> 免我們的債，如同我們免了人的債。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> And <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng lead] us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span> 因為國度、權力、榮耀，全是您的，直到永遠。阿們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>13</span> For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>14</span> 你們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/14a 饒恕]人的過犯，你們的天父也必饒恕你們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>14</span> For, if ye <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng forgive] men their trespasses your heavenly Father will also forgive you;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>15</span> 你們不饒恕人的過犯，你們的父也必不饒恕你們的過犯。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> But if ye forgive not men their trespasses neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>16</span> 此外，你們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/16a 禁食]的時候，不可像那假冒為善的人，臉上帶著愁容，因為他們把臉弄得難看，故意叫人看出他們在禁食。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得到了他們的賞賜。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>16</span> Moreover, when ye <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng fast] be not as the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng hypocrites], of a sad countenance, for they disfigure their faces that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>17</span> 你們禁食的時候，要膏你們的頭，洗你們的臉；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>17</span> But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thy head, and <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng wash] thy face;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>18</span> 不叫人看出你們禁食來，只叫你在<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/18a 暗中]的父看見；你們的父在暗中察看，必公開酬賞你們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>18</span> That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father, who is in <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng secret]; and thy Father, who seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>19</span> 不要為自己積存財寶在地上，地上有蟲子咬，會銹壞，也有賊挖窟窿來偷；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>19</span> Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng moth]and rust doth corrupt, and thieves break through and steal;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>20</span> 只要為自己積存<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/20a 財寶]在天上，天上沒有蟲子咬，不會銹壞，也沒有賊挖窟窿來偷。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>20</span> But lay up for yourselves <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng treasures] in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>21</span> 因為你們的財寶在哪裡，你們的心也在哪裡。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>21</span> For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>22</span> 眼睛是身上的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/22a 燈]；因此，你們的眼睛若專一，全身就充滿光明。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>22</span> The <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng light] of the body is the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng eye]; if, therefore, thine eye be<sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng single], thy whole body shall be full of light.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>23</span> 你們的眼睛若邪惡，全身就充滿黑暗。因此，你們裡面的光若黑暗了，那是多麼的黑暗啊！</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>23</span> But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If, therefore, the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>24</span> 沒有人能<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/24a 事奉]兩個主；他不是恨這個愛那個，就是重這個輕那個。你們不能又事奉神，又事奉瑪門。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>24</span> No man can <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng serve] <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng two] masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and Mammon.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>25</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌說完這些話，就看著祂揀選的十二人，並對他們說：記住我說的話。因為看啊，你們是我揀選來<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/25a 施助]這人民的，所以我告訴你們，<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/13/25b 不要]為生活憂慮要吃什麼或要喝什麼，也不必為身體憂慮要穿什麼。生命不勝於飲食嗎？身體不勝於衣裳嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>25</span> And now it came to pass that when Jesus had spoken these words he looked upon the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng twelve] whom he had chosen, and said unto them: Remember the words which I have spoken. For behold, ye are they whom I have chosen to <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng minister] unto this people. Therefore I say unto you, <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng take] no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng raiment]?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>26</span> 你們看空中的飛鳥，也不種，也不收，也不集在倉裡，你們的天父尚且養活牠們，你們不比飛鳥貴重得多嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>26</span> Behold the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng fowls] of the air, for they sow not, neither do they reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>27</span> 你們哪一個能用憂慮，使身材增高一肘呢？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>27</span> Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>28</span> 何必為衣裳憂慮呢？你們想，野地裡的百合花，是怎麼長起來的？它也不勞苦，也不紡線；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>28</span> And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng lilies] of the field how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>29</span> 然而我告訴你們，就是所羅門極榮華的時候，他所穿戴的，還不如這花一朵呢。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>29</span> And yet I say unto you, that even Solomon, in all his glory, was not arrayed like one of these.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>30</span> 因此，野地裡的草，今天還在，明天就丟在爐裡，神還給它們這樣的裝扮，若你們不小信，祂必照樣裝扮你們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>30</span> Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, even so will he clothe you, if ye are not of little faith.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>31</span> 所以不要憂慮說，我們要吃什麼？我們要喝什麼？或我們要穿什麼？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>31</span> Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>32</span> 因為你們的天父知道你們需要這一切東西。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>32</span> For your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>34</span> 所以不要為明天憂慮，明天的事自有明天去憂慮，一天的難處一天當就夠了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>34</span> Take therefore no thought for the morrow, for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/13?lang=eng Sufficient] is the day unto the evil thereof.</p>
