<p class='chinese'>耶穌認可以賽亞的話──祂命令人民查考先知的話──把拉曼人撒母耳所說有關復活的事，加在他們的紀錄中。約主後三四年。</p>
<p class='english'>Jesus approves the words of Isaiah—He commands the people to search the prophets—The words of Samuel the Lamanite concerning the Resurrection are added to their records. About A.D. 34.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span> 現在看啊，我告訴你們，你們應該<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/23/1a 查考]這些事。是的，我給你們一條誡命，你們要努力查考這些事；因為<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/23/1b 以賽亞]的話是偉大的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> And now, behold, I say unto you, that ye ought to <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng search] these things. Yea, a commandment I give unto you that ye search these things diligently; for great are the words of <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng Isaiah].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>2</span> 他確實講到我人民以色列家族的一切；因此他必定也是對外邦人講的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>2</span> For surely he spake as touching all things concerning my people which are of the house of Israel; <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng therefore] it must needs be that he must speak also to the Gentiles.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>3</span> 所有他講過的事，都已照他講的實現，或<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/23/3a 將]要實現。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> And all things that he spake have been and <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng shall] be, even according to the words which he spake.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>4</span> 所以要留意我的話；寫下我告訴你們的事情；這些事必照父的時間和旨意，傳給外邦人。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> Therefore give heed to my words; write the things which I have told you; and according to the time and the will of the Father<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng they] shall go forth unto the Gentiles.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>5</span> 凡聽從我的話，又悔改受洗的，必得救。要查考<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/23/5a 眾]先知的話，因為有許多先知為這些事作證。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> And whosoever will hearken unto my words and repenteth and is baptized, the same shall be saved. Search the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng prophets], for many there be that testify of these things.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>6</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌對他們講了這些話，祂又對他們講一次，祂講解他們已蒙得的所有經文後，對他們說：看啊，我要你們寫下你們沒有寫下的其他經文。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>6</span> And now it came to pass that when Jesus had said these words he said unto them again, after he had expounded all the scriptures unto them which they had received, he said unto them: Behold, other scriptures I would that ye should write, that ye have not.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>7</span> 事情是這樣的，祂對尼腓說：把你寫的紀錄取出來。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> And it came to pass that he said unto <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng Nephi]: Bring forth the record which ye have kept.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>8</span> 尼腓取來紀錄，放在祂面前，祂望向這些紀錄說：</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> And when Nephi had brought forth the records, and laid them before him, he cast his eyes upon them and said:</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> Verily I say unto you, I commanded my servant <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng Samuel], the Lamanite, that he should testify unto this people, that at the day that the Father should glorify his name in me that there were<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng many] <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng saints] who should <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng arise] from the dead, and should appear unto many, and should minister unto them. And he said unto them: Was it not so?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>10</span> 祂的門徒們回答說：主啊，正是這樣，撒母耳確曾照您的話預言，而那些話都應驗了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> And his disciples answered him and said: Yea, Lord, Samuel did prophesy according to thy words, and they were all fulfilled.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>11</span> 耶穌對他們說：許多聖徒已復活，向許多人顯現，施助他們，你們怎麼沒有寫下來？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> And Jesus said unto them: How be it that ye have not <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng written]this thing, that many <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng saints] did arise and appear unto many and did minister unto them?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span> 事情是這樣的，尼腓想起這事並未寫下。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> And it came to pass that Nephi remembered that this thing had not been written.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌命令要把這事寫下來，所以這事就照祂的命令寫了下來。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>13</span> And it came to pass that Jesus commanded that it should be<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng written]; therefore it was written according as he commanded.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>14</span> 事情是這樣的，耶穌將他們所寫的經文一併<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/3_ne/23/14a 講解]完後，命令他們把祂對他們講解的，教導別人。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>14</span> And now it came to pass that when Jesus had <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng expounded] all the scriptures in one, which they had written, he commanded them that they should <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/3-ne/23?lang=eng teach] the things which he had expounded unto them.</p>
