<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span>  我必鞏固此地，抵禦所有其他民族。</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>14</span> For he that raiseth up a <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/10?lang=eng king] against me shall perish, for I, the Lord, the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/10?lang=eng king] of heaven, will be their king, and I will be a <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/10?lang=eng light]unto them forever, that hear my words.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>21</span> But great are the promises of the Lord unto them who are upon the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/10?lang=eng isles] of the sea; wherefore as it says isles, there must needs be more than this, and they are inhabited also by our brethren.</p>

And now behold, the Lord remembereth all them who have been broken off, wherefore he remembereth us also.</p>
