<p class='english'>Judah and Jerusalem will be punished for their disobedience—The Lord pleads for and judges his people—The daughters of Zion are cursed and tormented for their worldliness—Compare Isaiah 3. About 559–545 B.C.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span>  因為看啊，主，萬軍之主，從耶路撒冷和猶大除掉眾人所依靠的，所仗賴的，就是所仗賴的糧，所依靠的水──</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng For] behold, the Lord, the Lord of Hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem, and from Judah, the stay and the staff, the whole staff of bread, and the whole stay of water—</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>2</span>  勇士和戰士，審判官和先知，精明人和長老；</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>2</span> The <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng mighty] man, and the man of <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng war], the judge, and the prophet, and the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng prudent], and the ancient;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>3</span>  五十夫長和尊貴人，謀士和有巧藝的，以及雄辯的演說家。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> The captain of fifty, and the honorable man, and the counselor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>4</span>  我必使孩童作他們的王子，使嬰孩管轄他們。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> And I will give children unto them to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>5</span>  人民要彼此欺壓，各人受鄰舍的欺壓；少年人必侮慢老人，卑賤人必侮慢尊貴人。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> And the people shall be <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng oppressed], every one by another, and every one by his neighbor; the child shall behave himself <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng proudly]against the ancient, and the base against the honorable.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>6</span>  那時人必拉住父家的弟兄說：你有衣服，可以作我們的官長，不要讓這<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 敗落]的事歸在你手下──</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>6</span> When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, and shall say: Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and let not this <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng ruin] come under thy hand—</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>7</span>  那日他必誓言說：我不作<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 醫治]你們的人；因我家中沒有糧食，也沒有衣服；不可立我作人民的官長。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> In that day shall he swear, saying: I will not be a healer; for in my house there is neither bread nor clothing; make me not a ruler of the people.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>8</span>  耶路撒冷<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 敗落]，猶大<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 傾倒]，因為他們的舌頭和行為都反對主，惹了祂榮光的眼目。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> For Jerusalem is <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng ruined], and Judah is <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng fallen], because their<sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng tongues] and their doings have been against the Lord, to <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng provoke]the eyes of his glory.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>9</span>  他們的面色證明自己的不正，也宣告他們的罪惡好像<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 所多瑪]一樣，他們不能隱瞞。他們的靈魂有禍了，因為他們把惡報應在自己身上。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> The show of their countenance doth witness against them, and doth declare their <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng sin] to be even as <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng Sodom], and they cannot hide it. Wo unto their souls, for they have rewarded evil unto themselves!</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>10</span>  告訴義人說他們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 有]福了，因為他們要吃自己行為所結的果子。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> Say unto the righteous that it is <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng well] with them; for they shall<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng eat] the fruit of their doings.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>11</span>  惡人有禍了，因為他們必滅亡，因為他們必照自己手所行的受報應。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> Wo unto the wicked, for they shall perish; for the reward of their hands shall be upon them!</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span>  至於我的人民，孩童欺壓他們，婦女管轄他們。我的人民啊，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 引導]你的，使你走錯，並毀壞你所行的道路。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> And my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they who <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng lead] thee cause thee to err and destroy the way of thy paths.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span>  主起來<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 辯護]，並站著審判眾民。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>13</span> The Lord standeth up to <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng plead], and standeth to judge the people.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>14</span>  主必審判祂人民中的長老和<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 王子]，因為你們在你們家中<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 吃]盡了<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 葡萄園]和從<sup class='chineseSup'>ｄ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 貧窮]人所<sup class='chineseSup'>ｅ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 奪]來的物。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>14</span> The Lord will enter into <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng judgment] with the ancients of his people and the princes thereof; for ye have eaten up the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng vineyard]and the spoil of the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng poor] in your houses.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>15</span>  萬軍之主神說：你們是什麼意思呢？你們壓制我的人民，搓磨貧窮人的臉。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> What mean ye? Ye <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng beat] my people to pieces, and grind the faces of the poor, saith the Lord God of Hosts.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>16</span>  主又說：因為錫安的女子狂傲，走路時挺直頸項，眼目放蕩，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 俏步]徐行，腳下叮噹──</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>16</span> Moreover, the Lord saith: Because the daughters of Zion are<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng haughty], and <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng walk] with stretched-forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet—</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>17</span>  所以主必詛罰錫安的女子頭頂長禿瘡，主又使她們隱密的部分<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 赤露]。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>17</span> Therefore the Lord will smite with a <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng scab] the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the Lord will <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng discover] their secret parts.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>18</span>  在那日，主必除掉她們華美的叮噹飾品、<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 髮]網、<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 月牙]圈、</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>18</span> In that <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng day] the Lord will take away the bravery of their tinkling ornaments, and cauls, and round tires like the moon;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>19</span>  垂飾和手鐲、<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 蒙]臉的帕子、</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>19</span> The chains and the bracelets, and the mufflers;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>20</span>  華冠、腳飾、華帶、香盒、耳環、</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>20</span> The bonnets, and the ornaments of the legs, and the headbands, and the tablets, and the ear-rings;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>21</span>  戒指、鼻環、</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>21</span> The rings, and nose jewels;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>22</span>  <sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 吉]服、外套、雲肩、荷包、</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>22</span> The changeable suits of apparel, and the mantles, and the wimples, and the crisping-pins;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>23</span>  <sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 鏡子]、細麻衣、裹頭巾、圍巾。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>23</span> The glasses, and the fine linen, and hoods, and the veils.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>24</span>  事情將是這樣，必有惡臭代替馨香，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 破布]代替腰帶，禿頂代替美髮，麻布繫腰代替<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 華]服，<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=zho 烙]傷代替美貌。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>24</span> And it shall come to pass, instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle, a rent; and instead of well set hair,<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng baldness]; and instead of a stomacher, a girding of sackcloth;<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng burning] instead of <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/2-ne/13?lang=eng beauty].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>25</span>  你的男丁，必倒在刀下，你的勇士，必死在戰場。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>25</span> Thy men shall fall by the sword and thy mighty in the war.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>26</span>  她的城門必悲傷哀號；她必荒涼，坐在地上。</p>
