<p class='english'>Many members of the Church are led into sin by unbelievers—Alma is promised eternal life—Those who repent and are baptized gain forgiveness—Church members in sin who repent and confess to Alma and to the Lord will be forgiven; otherwise, they will not be numbered among the people of the Church. About 120–100 B.C.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span>  事情是這樣的，許多新生的一代不明瞭便雅憫王的話，因為他對人民講話的時候，他們還是小孩子；他們也不相信來自祖先的傳統。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> Now it came to pass that there were many of the rising generation that could not understand the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng words] of king Benjamin, being little children at the time he spake unto his people; and they did <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng not] believe the tradition of their fathers.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>2</span> They did not believe what had been said concerning the resurrection of the dead, neither did they believe concerning the coming of Christ.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> And now because of their <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng unbelief] they could not <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng understand]the word of God; and their hearts were hardened.</p>

And they were a separate people as to their faith, and remained so ever after, even in their <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng carnal] and sinful state; for they would not call upon the Lord their God.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>6</span> For it came to pass that they did <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng deceive] many with their<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng flattering] words, who were in the church, and did cause them to commit many sins; therefore it became expedient that those who committed sin, that were in the church, should be <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng admonished] by the church.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> And it came to pass that Alma did not know concerning them; but there were many <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng witnesses] against them; yea, the people stood and testified of their iniquity in abundance.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> Now there had not any such thing happened before in the church; therefore Alma was troubled in his spirit, and he caused that they should be brought before the king.</p>

And they do not repent of their iniquities; therefore we have brought them before thee, that thou mayest judge them according to their crimes.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span>  但是摩賽亞對阿爾瑪說：看啊，我不審判他們，我把他們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 交]在你手中，由你審判。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> But king Mosiah said unto Alma: Behold, I judge them not; therefore I <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng deliver] them into thy hands to be judged.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span>  阿爾瑪的靈再度感到困擾；他去求問主這件事該如何處理，因為他生怕自己做了神看來是不對的事。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>13</span> And now the spirit of Alma was again troubled; and he went and inquired of the Lord what he should do concerning this matter, for he feared that he should do wrong in the sight of God.</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>15</span>  阿爾瑪，你有福了，那些在<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 摩爾門]水流受洗的人也有福了。你有福了，因為你只憑我僕人阿賓納代的話，就有極大的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 信心]。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> Blessed art thou, Alma, and blessed are they who were baptized in the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng waters] of Mormon. Thou art blessed because of thy exceeding <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng faith] in the words alone of my servant Abinadi.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>16</span>  那些只憑你對他們講的話就有極大信心的人也有福了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>16</span> And blessed are they because of their exceeding faith in the words alone which thou hast spoken unto them.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>17</span> And blessed art thou because thou hast established a <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng church]among this people; and they shall be established, and they shall be my people.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>18</span> Yea, blessed is this people who are willing to bear my <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng name]; for in my <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng name] shall they be called; and they are mine.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>19</span>  因為你為犯罪者的事來求問我，你有福了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>19</span> And because thou hast inquired of me concerning the transgressor, thou art blessed.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>20</span> Thou art my servant; and I covenant with thee that thou shalt have <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng eternal] life; and thou shalt serve me and go forth in my name, and shalt gather together my sheep.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>21</span>  凡聽我聲音的，就是我的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 羊]；你要接納他到教會來，我也必接納他。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>21</span> And he that will hear my voice shall be my <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng sheep]; and him shall ye receive into the church, and him will I also receive.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>22</span> For behold, <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng this] is my <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng church]; whosoever is <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng baptized] shall be baptized unto repentance. And whomsoever ye receive shall<sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng believe] in my name; and him will I freely <sup class='englishSup'>e</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng forgive].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>23</span>  因為是我<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 承擔]了世人的罪，是我<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 創造]了他們，是我把我右手邊的席位賜予那相信到底的人。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>23</span> For it is I that taketh upon me the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng sins] of the world; for it is I that hath <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng created] them; and it is I that granteth unto him that believeth unto the end a place at my right hand.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>24</span>  因為看啊，他們要以我的名被稱呼；假如他們<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 認識]我，他們必前來，在我右手邊永遠有他們的席位。</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>26</span>  那時他們必知道我是主他們的神，我是他們的救贖主；但他們必得不到救贖。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>26</span> And then shall they know that I am the Lord their God, that I am their Redeemer; but they would not be redeemed.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>28</span> Therefore I say unto you, that he that will not <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng hear] my voice, the same shall ye not receive into my church, for him I will not receive at the last day.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>29</span> Therefore I say unto you, Go; and whosoever transgresseth against me, him shall ye <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng judge] <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng according] to the sins which he has committed; and if he <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng confess] his sins before thee and me, and<sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng repenteth] in the sincerity of his heart, him shall ye <sup class='englishSup'>e</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng forgive], and I will forgive him also.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>30</span>  是的，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 每當]我人民<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 悔改]，我就寬恕他們所犯的罪。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>30</span> Yea, and <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng as] often as my people <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng repent] will I forgive them their trespasses against me.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>31</span>  你們也要<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=zho 寬恕]彼此的過錯；我實在對你們說，凡在鄰人表示悔改時，不寬恕鄰人過錯的，就把自己帶向罪罰了。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>31</span> And ye shall also <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng forgive] one another your trespasses; for verily I say unto you, he that forgiveth not his <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng neighbor]’s trespasses when he says that he repents, the same hath brought himself under condemnation.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>32</span>  我對你說，去吧；凡不悔改他所犯的罪的，必不能算在我的人民中；這一點從現在起就要遵守。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>32</span> Now I say unto you, Go; and whosoever will <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng not] repent of his sins the same shall not be numbered among my people; and this shall be observed from this time forward.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>33</span>  事情是這樣的，阿爾瑪聽了這些話，就寫下來，以便保存，使他能按照神的誡命來審判教會的人。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>33</span> And it came to pass when Alma had heard these words he<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/mosiah/26?lang=eng wrote] them down that he might have them, and that he might judge the people of that church according to the commandments of God.</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>37</span>  事情是這樣的，阿爾瑪管理教會的一切事務；他們又開始享有和平，教會事務也非常成功，他們審慎地行走在神前，接納了許多人，為許多人施洗。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>37</span> And it came to pass that Alma did regulate all the affairs of the church; and they began again to have peace and to prosper exceedingly in the affairs of the church, walking circumspectly before God, receiving many, and baptizing many.</p>
