<p class='english'>The Nephite monetary system is set forth—Amulek contends with Zeezrom—Christ will not save people in their sins—Only those who inherit the kingdom of heaven are saved—All men will rise in immortality—There is no death after the Resurrection. About 82 B.C.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span> 在摩賽亞的法律中，每一個司法官，或是被選派為法官的人，都應該按照他們審理被帶到他們面前受審之人所用的時間，而領取工資。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> Now it was in the law of Mosiah that every man who was a judge of the law, or those who were appointed to be judges, should receive <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng wages] <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng according] to the time which they labored to judge those who were brought before them to be judged.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>2</span> 如果有人欠別人，而不還他所欠的，被告到法官那裡，法官就行使職權，派官差將那人帶來，根據法律和所提的證據審判那人，強制那人償還所欠的，或沒收那人的財產，或者把他當作盜匪，從人民之中驅逐出去。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>2</span> Now if a man owed another, and he would not <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng pay] that which he did owe, he was complained of to the judge; and the judge executed authority, and sent forth officers that the man should be brought before him; and he judged the man according to the law and the evidences which were brought against him, and thus the man was compelled to pay that which he owed, or be stripped, or be cast out from among the people as a thief and a robber.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>3</span> 然後法官就按照時間領取工資──一天一先寧的金子，或是與一先寧金子等值的一先能銀子；這是依照既定的法律的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> And the judge received for his wages <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng according] to his time—a<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng senine] of gold for a day, or a senum of silver, which is equal to a senine of gold; and this is according to the law which was given.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> Now these are the names of the different pieces of their gold, and of their silver, according to their value. And the names are given by the Nephites, for they did not reckon after the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng manner]of the Jews who were at Jerusalem; neither did they measure after the manner of the Jews; but they altered their reckoning and their measure, according to the minds and the circumstances of the people, in every generation, until the reign of the judges, they having been <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng established] by king Mosiah.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>5</span> 計算的方式是這樣的──一先寧金子、一先昂金子、一夏姆金子及一林拿金子。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> Now the reckoning is thus—a senine of gold, a seon of gold, a shum of gold, and a limnah of gold.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>6</span> 一先能銀子、一愛姆諾銀子、一愛慈樂銀子及一昂他銀子。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>6</span> A senum of silver, an amnor of silver, an ezrom of silver, and an onti of silver.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>7</span> 一先能銀子等於一先寧金子，二者均可換一量器的大麥，也可換一量器的各類穀物。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> A senum of silver was equal to a senine of gold, and either for a measure of barley, and also for a measure of every kind of grain.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>8</span> 一先昂金子的價值是一先寧的兩倍。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> Now the amount of a seon of gold was twice the value of a senine.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>9</span> 一夏姆金子的價值是一先昂的兩倍。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> And a shum of gold was twice the value of a seon.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> A shiblon is half of a senum; therefore, a shiblon for half a measure of barley.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>20</span> Now, it was for the sole purpose to get <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng gain], because they received their wages according to their <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng employ], therefore, they did <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng stir] up the people to <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng riotings], and all manner of disturbances and wickedness, that they might have more employ, that they might <sup class='englishSup'>e</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng get] <sup class='englishSup'>f</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng money] according to the suits which were brought before them; therefore they did stir up the people against Alma and Amulek.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>21</span> 這齊愛治樂開始質問艾繆萊克說：回答我問你的幾個問題好嗎？齊愛治樂是個精於魔鬼<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/21a 詭計]的人，能破壞良善；所以，他問艾繆萊克：回答我所提出的問題好嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>21</span> And this Zeezrom began to question Amulek, saying: Will ye answer me a few questions which I shall ask you? Now Zeezrom was a man who was <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng expert] in the <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng devices] of the devil, that he might destroy that which was good; therefore, he said unto Amulek: Will ye answer the questions which I shall put unto you?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>22</span> 艾繆萊克對他說：好，只要那合乎在我裡面的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/22a 主]的靈；因為我不說與主的靈相違背的話。齊愛治樂對他說：看啊，這裡有六昂他的銀子，你若肯否認至高者存在，我就全部給你。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>22</span> And Amulek said unto him: Yea, if it be according to the<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng Spirit] of the Lord, which is in me; for I shall say nothing which is contrary to the Spirit of the Lord. And Zeezrom said unto him: Behold, here are six onties of silver, and all these will I <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng give] thee if thou wilt deny the existence of a Supreme Being.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>23</span> 艾繆萊克說：你這<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/23a 地獄]的孩子啊，為什麼<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/23b 試探]我？你不知道義人不會屈服於這種試探嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>23</span> Now Amulek said: O thou <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng child] of hell, why <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng tempt] ye me? Knowest thou that the righteous yieldeth to no such temptations?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>24</span> 你真的認為沒有神嗎？我告訴你，不是的，你知道有神，只是你愛<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/24a 財富]勝於愛祂。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>24</span> Believest thou that there is no God? I say unto you, Nay, thou knowest that there is a God, but thou lovest that <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng lucre] more than him.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>25</span> 你在神面前對我說謊。你跟我說──看這六昂他，一大筆錢，我願給你──但你心裡卻想保有這些錢；你只是希望我否認真實而活著的神，這樣你好有理由毀滅我。現在看啊，你必因這大罪得到報應。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>25</span> And now thou hast lied before God unto me. Thou saidst unto me—Behold these six onties, which are of great worth, I will give unto thee—when thou hadst it in thy heart to retain them from me; and it was only thy desire that I should deny the true and living God, that thou mightest have cause to destroy me. And now behold, for this great evil thou shalt have thy reward.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>26</span> 齊愛治樂對他說：你是說有一位真實而活著的神嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>26</span> And Zeezrom said unto him: Thou sayest there is a true and living God?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>27</span> 艾繆萊克說：是的，有一位真實而活著的神。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>27</span> And Amulek said: Yea, there is a true and living God.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>28</span> 齊愛治樂說：有一位以上的神嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>28</span> Now Zeezrom said: Is there more than one God?</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>30</span> 齊愛治樂又對他說：你怎麼知道這些事？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>30</span> Now Zeezrom said unto him again: How knowest thou these things?</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>31</span> And he said: An <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng angel] hath made them known unto me.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>32</span> 齊愛治樂又說：那位要來的是誰？是神的兒子嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>32</span> And Zeezrom said again: Who is he that shall come? Is it the Son of God?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>33</span> 他說：是的。</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>34</span> 齊愛治樂又說：祂要拯救<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/34a 處在]罪惡中的人民嗎？艾繆萊克回答他說：我告訴你，祂不會這樣做，因為祂不可能否認自己的話。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>34</span> And Zeezrom said again: Shall he save his people <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng in] their sins? And Amulek answered and said unto him: I say unto you he shall not, for it is impossible for him to deny his word.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>35</span> 齊愛治樂對人民說：你們要牢記這些事；他說只有一位神；又說神的兒子要來，但不拯救祂的人民──好像他有權柄命令神似的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>35</span> Now Zeezrom said unto the people: See that ye remember these things; for he said there is but one God; yet he saith that the Son of God shall come, but he shall <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng not] save his people—as though he had authority to command God.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>36</span> 艾繆萊克又對他說：看啊，你說謊，你因為我說神不拯救處在罪惡中的人民，就說我講話好像有權柄命令神似的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>36</span> Now Amulek saith again unto him: Behold thou hast <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng lied], for thou sayest that I spake as though I had authority to command God because I said he shall not save his people in their sins.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>37</span> 我再告訴你，祂不能在他們的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/37a 罪惡]中拯救他們；我無法否認祂的話，而且祂也說過，絕無<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/37b 不潔]之物能承受<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/37c 天國]；除非你們承受天國，否則你們怎能得救？所以，你們處在罪惡中是無法得救的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>37</span> And I say unto you again that he cannot save them in their<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng sins]; for I cannot deny his word, and he hath said that <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng no]unclean thing can inherit the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng kingdom] of heaven; therefore, how can ye be saved, except ye inherit the kingdom of heaven? Therefore, ye cannot be saved in your sins.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>38</span> 齊愛治樂又對他說：神的兒子就是那真正的永恆之父嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>38</span> Now Zeezrom saith again unto him: Is the Son of God the very Eternal Father?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>39</span> 艾繆萊克告訴他：是的，祂是天和地，以及天地間<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/39a 萬物]的真正<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/39b 永恆]之父；祂是開始也是結束，是首先的也是末後的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>39</span> And Amulek said unto him: Yea, he is the very <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng Eternal Father]of heaven and of earth, and <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng all] things which in them are; he is the beginning and the end, the first and the last;</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>40</span> 祂要來到<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/40a 世間]<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/40b 救贖]祂的人民；祂要<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/40c 承擔]相信祂名的人的罪；將來獲得永生的就是這些人；救恩不會降臨到其他的人。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>40</span> And he shall come into the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng world] to <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng redeem] his people; and he shall <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng take] upon him the transgressions of those who believe on his name; and these are they that shall have eternal life, and salvation cometh to none else.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>41</span> Therefore the wicked remain as though there had been <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng no]redemption made, except it be the loosing of the bands of death; for behold, the day cometh that <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng all] shall rise from the dead and stand before God, and be <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng judged] according to their works.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>42</span> 有一種死亡叫作屬世的死亡；基督的死必打開這種屬世死亡的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/11/42a 枷鎖]，使全人類都從這屬世的死亡中復活。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>42</span> Now, there is a death which is called a temporal death; and the death of Christ shall loose the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/11?lang=eng bands] of this temporal death, that all shall be raised from this temporal death.</p>
