<p class='chinese'>復活時，世人不是處於無窮幸福的狀態中，就是處於無盡悲慘的狀態中──邪惡絕非幸福──肉慾之人在世上沒有神──復原時，每個人都再次得到在今生所塑造的特質與個性。約主前七四年。</p>
<p class='english'>In the Resurrection men come forth to a state of endless happiness or endless misery—Wickedness never was happiness—Carnal men are without God in the world—Every person receives again in the restoration the characteristics and attributes acquired in mortality. About 74 B.C.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span> 我兒，我要再講一些前面提過的復原，因為看啊，有些人<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/1a 曲解]經文，並因這事深入<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/1b 歧途]。我看得出來，你的心也為此事所困擾。但是看啊，我要向你解釋這件事。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> And now, my son, I have somewhat to say concerning the restoration of which has been spoken; for behold, some have<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng wrested] the scriptures, and have gone far <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng astray] because of this thing. And I perceive that thy mind has been <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng worried] also concerning this thing. But behold, I will explain it unto thee.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>2</span> 我兒，我告訴你，復原的計畫就神的公道而言是必要的，因為萬物回復到原來的狀態是必要的。看啊，按照基督的大能與復活，人的靈魂回復到身體，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/2a 身體]的各部分回復到原來的部位，都是必要而公平的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>2</span> I say unto thee, my son, that the plan of restoration is requisite with the justice of God; for it is requisite that all things should be restored to their proper order. Behold, it is requisite and just, according to the power and resurrection of Christ, that the soul of man should be restored to its body, and that every <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng part] of the body should be restored to itself.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>3</span> 就神的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/3a 公道]而言，世人按自己的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/3b 行為]受<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/3c 審判]是必要的；假如他們今生的行為是好的，心中的願望是好的，在末日，他們也必<sup class='chineseSup'>ｄ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/3d 回復]到好的。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> And it is requisite with the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng justice] of God that men should be<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng judged] according to their <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng works]; and if their works were good in this life, and the desires of their hearts were good, that they should also, at the last day, be <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng restored] unto that which is good.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>4</span> 假如他們的行為是壞的，他們就必<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/4a 回復]到壞的。因此萬物都必回復到原來的狀態，各自回復到本體上──<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/4b 必]死的復活為不死，<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/4c 腐朽]的復活為不朽──復活享有<sup class='chineseSup'>ｄ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/4d 無窮]的幸福以承受神的國，或遭受無盡的悲慘以承受魔鬼的國，一個在這一邊，另一個在另一邊──</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> And if their works are evil they shall be <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng restored] unto them for evil. Therefore, all things shall be <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng restored] to their proper order, every thing to its natural frame—<sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng mortality] raised to<sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng immortality], <sup class='englishSup'>e</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng corruption] to incorruption—raised to <sup class='englishSup'>f</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng endless]happiness to <sup class='englishSup'>g</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng inherit] the kingdom of God, or to endless misery to inherit the kingdom of the devil, the one on one hand, the other on the other—</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>5</span> 一個按其幸福的願望而復活到幸福，或按其良善的願望而復活到良善，另一個則按其邪惡的願望而復活到邪惡；由於他整天只想作惡，當夜晚來臨，他就被報以邪惡。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> The one raised to <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng happiness] according to his desires of happiness, or good according to his desires of good; and the other to evil according to his desires of evil; for as he has desired to do evil all the day long even so shall he have his reward of evil when the night cometh.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>6</span> 另一方面也是如此。假如他悔改他的罪，渴望正義，直到他的日子終了，他必被賞以正義。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>6</span> And so it is on the other hand. If he hath repented of his sins, and desired righteousness until the end of his days, even so he shall be rewarded unto righteousness.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng These] are they that are redeemed of the Lord; yea, these are they that are taken out, that are delivered from that endless night of darkness; and thus they stand or fall; for behold, they are their own <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng judges], whether to do good or do evil.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>8</span> 神的命令是<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/8a 不能]改變的；因此，道路已預備好了，凡願意的人都可以行走於其中而得救。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> Now, the decrees of God are <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng unalterable]; therefore, the way is prepared that <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng whosoever] will may <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng walk] therein and be saved.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>9</span> 現在看啊，我兒，不要<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/9a 再一次]在教義的這些點上冒險得罪你的神；你曾在這幾點上冒險犯罪。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> And now behold, my son, do not risk <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng one] more offense against your God upon those points of doctrine, which ye have hitherto risked to commit sin.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>10</span> 不要因為提到了復原，就認為你會由罪惡回復到幸福。看啊，我告訴你，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/10a 邪惡]絕非幸福。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> Do not suppose, because it has been spoken concerning restoration, that ye shall be restored from sin to happiness. Behold, I say unto you, <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng wickedness] never was <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng happiness].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>11</span> 我兒，所有處於<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/11a 自然]狀態中，我是說，處於<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/11b 肉]慾狀態中的人，都在苦膽之中和罪惡的束縛裡；他們在世上<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/11c 沒有]神，他們與神的本性相違，因此，他們處在一種與幸福相反的狀態下。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> And now, my son, all men that are in a state of <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng nature], or I would say, in a <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng carnal] state, are in the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng gall] of bitterness and in the <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng bonds] of iniquity; they are <sup class='englishSup'>e</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng without] God in the world, and they have gone <sup class='englishSup'>f</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng contrary] to the nature of God; therefore, they are in a state contrary to the nature of happiness.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>12</span> 現在看啊，復原一詞是指把在自然狀態中的東西置於非自然的狀態中，或置於與其性質相反的狀態中嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>12</span> And now behold, is the meaning of the word restoration to take a thing of a natural state and place it in an unnatural state, or to place it in a state opposite to its nature?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>13</span> 我兒啊，事情不是這樣的；復原一詞是指把邪惡的再帶回給邪惡，俗慾的帶回給俗慾，或魔鬼似的帶回給魔鬼似的──良善的帶回給良善，正義的帶回給正義，公道的帶回給公道，仁慈的帶回給仁慈。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>13</span> O, my son, this is not the case; but the meaning of the word restoration is to bring back again <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng evil] for evil, or carnal for carnal, or devilish for devilish—good for that which is good; righteous for that which is righteous; just for that which is just; merciful for that which is merciful.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>14</span> 因此，我兒，注意你要對弟兄仁慈，<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/14a 秉公]待人，正義<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/14b 審判]，不斷<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/14c 行善]；如果你做這一切，你必得到獎賞：是的，必再有<sup class='chineseSup'>ｄ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/alma/41/14d 仁慈]回復到你，必再有公道回復到你，必再有正義的審判回復到你，必再有良善回報你。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>14</span> Therefore, my son, see that you are merciful unto your brethren; deal <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng justly], <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng judge] righteously, and do <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng good]continually; and if ye do all these things then shall ye receive your <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng reward]; yea, ye shall have <sup class='englishSup'>e</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng mercy] restored unto you again; ye shall have justice restored unto you again; ye shall have a righteous judgment restored unto you again; and ye shall have good rewarded unto you again.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>15</span> 你付出的必再還給你，回到你身上；因此，復原一詞更痛切地定罪人的罪，完全不會宣告他無罪。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>15</span> For that which ye do <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/alma/41?lang=eng send] out shall return unto you again, and be restored; therefore, the word restoration more fully condemneth the sinner, and justifieth him not at all.</p>
