<p class='english'>The Lord will recover Israel in the last days—The world will be burned with fire—Men must follow Christ to avoid the lake of fire and brimstone. About 544–421 B.C.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>1</span>  現在看啊，我的弟兄們，我對你們說過我要預言，看啊，這就是我的預言：<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=zho 徐納斯]這位先知所說的關於以色列家族的事一定會發生；他在其中將他們比作一棵園生橄欖樹。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>1</span> And now, behold, my brethren, as I said unto you that I would prophesy, behold, this is my prophecy—that the things which this prophet <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng Zenos] spake, concerning the house of Israel, in the which he likened them unto a tame <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng olive] tree, must surely come to pass.</p>

<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>3</span>  那些在葡萄園努力工作的，何等蒙福；那些將被丟進屬於自己的地方的，何等有禍！這世界必被火<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=zho 焚燒]。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> And how <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng blessed] are they who have labored <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng diligently] in his vineyard; and how <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng cursed] are they who shall be cast out into their own place! And the <sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng world] shall be <sup class='englishSup'>e</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng burned] with fire.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>4</span>  神對我們多麼慈悲！祂記得<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=zho 以色列]家族，不論是根或枝；祂的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=zho 手]整天都向他們伸出，但他們是一個<sup class='chineseSup'>ｃ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=zho 倔強]而好辯的民族；凡不硬起心的，都必在神國中得救。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> And how merciful is our God unto us, for he remembereth the house of <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng Israel], both roots and branches; and he stretches forth his <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng hands] unto them all the day long; and they are a <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng stiffnecked]and a gainsaying people; but as many as will not harden their hearts shall be saved in the kingdom of God.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>5</span> Wherefore, my beloved brethren, I beseech of you in words of soberness that ye would repent, and come with full purpose of heart, and <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng cleave] unto God as he cleaveth unto you. And while his<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng arm] of mercy is extended towards you in the light of the day, harden not your hearts.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>7</span> For behold, after ye have been nourished by the good <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng word] of God all the day long, will ye bring forth evil fruit, that ye must be<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng hewn] down and cast into the fire?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>8</span>  看啊，你們要拒絕這些話嗎？你們要拒絕先知的話嗎？這麼多先知說過基督的事後，你們還要拒絕這一切關於基督的話，並且否認基督美好的話、否認神的大能與<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=zho 聖靈]的恩賜、抵擋神聖之靈、嘲笑那為你們預備的偉大救贖計畫嗎？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>8</span> Behold, will ye reject these words? Will ye reject the words of the <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng prophets]; and will ye reject all the words which have been spoken concerning Christ, after so many have spoken concerning him; and <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng deny] the good word of Christ, and the power of God, and the <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng gift] of the Holy Ghost, and quench the Holy Spirit, and make a<sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng mock] of the great plan of redemption, which hath been laid for you?</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>9</span>  難道你們不知道如果這麼做，基督救贖與復活的大能，會使你們滿懷羞愧與可怕的<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=zho 罪]疚站在神的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=zho 審判欄]前？</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>9</span> Know ye not that if ye will do these things, that the power of the redemption and the resurrection, which is in Christ, will bring you to stand with <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng shame] and <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng awful] <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng guilt] before the bar of God?</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>10</span> And according to the power of <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng justice], for justice cannot be denied, ye must go away into that <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng lake] of fire and brimstone, whose flames are unquenchable, and whose smoke ascendeth up forever and ever, which lake of fire and brimstone is <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng endless]<sup class='englishSup'>d</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng torment].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>11</span>  我心愛的弟兄們，既然如此，悔改吧！走進那<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=zho 窄門]，繼續行走在小路上，直到你們獲得永生。</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>11</span> O then, my beloved brethren, repent ye, and enter in at the<sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng strait] gate, and <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/jacob/6?lang=eng continue] in the way which is narrow, until ye shall obtain eternal life.</p>
