<p class='english'>Revelation given through Joseph Smith the Prophet to John Murdock, August 1832, at Hiram, Ohio. Although editions of the Doctrine and Covenants beginning with 1876 have listed this revelation as Kirtland, August 1833, earlier editions and other historical records certify to the proper information.</p>

<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>3</span> And who receiveth you <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/dc-testament/dc/99?lang=eng as] a little child, receiveth my<sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/dc-testament/dc/99?lang=eng kingdom]; and blessed are they, for they shall obtain <sup class='englishSup'>c</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/dc-testament/dc/99?lang=eng mercy].</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>4</span> 凡拒絕你的，必被我父和我父的家<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/dc/99/4a 拒絕]；而你要在途中隱密的地方潔淨你的<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/dc/99/4b 腳]，對他們作見證。　</p>
<p class='english'><span class='englishVerse'>4</span> And whoso rejecteth you shall be <sup class='englishSup'>a</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/dc-testament/dc/99?lang=eng rejected] of my Father and his house; and you shall cleanse your <sup class='englishSup'>b</sup>[http://www.lds.org/scriptures/dc-testament/dc/99?lang=eng feet] in the secret places by the way for a testimony against them.</p>
<p class='chinese'><span class='chineseVerse'>5</span> 看啊，看，我很快就<sup class='chineseSup'>ａ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/dc/99/5a 來]<sup class='chineseSup'>ｂ</sup>[http://scriptures.lds.org/zh/dc/99/5b 審判]，證實他們對我犯下的一切不敬虔的行為，正如經卷中有關我的記載那樣。　</p>
