群眾聚集在滿地富時，耶穌基督親自向尼腓人顯現，教導他們；祂是這樣向他們顯現的。
Jesus Christ did show himself unto the people of Nephi, as the multitude were gathered together in the land Bountiful, and did minister unto them; and on this wise did he show himself unto them.

Chapter 11
父為祂的愛子作見證──基督顯現，並宣告祂的贖罪──眾人觸摸祂手、足及肋旁的傷痕──他們高呼和散那──祂規定洗禮的方法和方式──紛爭之靈屬於魔鬼──基督的教義是世人要相信、受洗並接受聖靈。約主後三四年。
The Father testifies of his Beloved Son—Christ appears and proclaims his atonement—The people feel the wound marks in his hands and feet and side—They cry Hosanna—He sets forth the mode and manner of baptism—The spirit of contention is of the devil—Christ’s doctrine is that men should believe and be baptized and receive the Holy Ghost. About A.D. 34.
1 事情是這樣的，一大群尼腓人聚集在滿地富聖殿四周；他們彼此感到奇妙和不可思議，互相告知已發生的ａ偉大而奇妙的改變。
1 And now it came to pass that there were a great multitudeagathered together, of the people of Nephi, round about the temple which was in the land bBountiful; and they were marveling and wondering one with another, and were showing one to another the cgreat and marvelous change which had taken place.
2 他們談論其死亡ａ徵兆已經顯示的這位耶穌基督。
2 And they were also conversing about this Jesus Christ, of whom the asign had been given concerning his death.
3 事情是這樣的，他們正這樣彼此談論時，聽到一個像從天上發出的ａ聲音；他們舉目向四周張望，因為他們聽不懂那聲音；那不是種刺耳的聲音，也不是種響亮的聲音；然而，雖然那是個ｂ微小的聲音，卻穿透聽到的人內心，以致他們的身體沒有一個部分不震顫，是的，那聲音穿透他們靈魂深處，使他們的心燃燒。
3 And it came to pass that while they were thus conversing one with another, they heard a avoice as if it came out of heaven; and they cast their eyes round about, for they understood not the voice which they heard; and it was not a harsh voice, neither was it a loud voice; nevertheless, and notwithstanding it being absmall voice it did cpierce them that did hear to the center, insomuch that there was no part of their frame that it did not cause to quake; yea, it did pierce them to the very soul, and did cause their hearts to burn.
4 事情是這樣的，他們又聽到那聲音，卻仍聽不懂。
4 And it came to pass that again they heard the voice, and theyaunderstood it not.
5 他們第三次又聽到那聲音，就啟耳傾聽，眼睛朝向發出聲音的地方，定睛望向發出聲音的天空。
5 And again the third time they did hear the voice, and did aopentheir ears to hear it; and their eyes were towards the sound thereof; and they did look steadfastly towards heaven, from whence the sound came.
6 看啊，這第三次，他們聽懂了那聲音；那聲音對他們說：
6 And behold, the third time they did understand the voice which they heard; and it said unto them:
7 看我的ａ愛子，我ｂ因祂而非常喜悅，我因祂而榮耀了我的名──聽祂說。
7 Behold my aBeloved Son, bin whom I am well pleased, in whom I have glorified my name—hear ye him.
8 事情是這樣的，他們聽懂了，又舉目向天；看啊，他們ａ見一人從天而降；祂身穿白袍，降下來站在他們中間；群眾的眼睛都轉向祂；他們不敢開口，甚至不敢彼此交談；他們不知道那是什麼意思，以為向他們顯現的是位天使。
8 And it came to pass, as they understood they cast their eyes up again towards heaven; and behold, they asaw a Man bdescendingout of heaven; and he was clothed in a white robe; and he came down and stood in the midst of them; and the eyes of the whole multitude were turned upon him, and they durst not open their mouths, even one to another, and wist not what it meant, for they thought it was an angel that had appeared unto them.
9 事情是這樣的，祂伸出手來，對眾人說：
9 And it came to pass that he stretched forth his hand and spake unto the people, saying:
10 看啊，我就是眾先知見證要來到世上的耶穌基督。
10 Behold, I am Jesus Christ, whom the prophets testified shall come into the world.
11 看啊，我是世界的ａ光和生命；我喝乾了父給我的苦ｂ杯，也ｃ承擔了世人的罪而榮耀了父，在這件事上我已順從了父從開始時對萬事的ｄ旨意。
11 And behold, I am the alight and the life of the world; and I have drunk out of that bitter bcup which the Father hath given me, and have glorified the Father in ctaking upon me the sins of the world, in the which I have suffered the dwill of the Father in all things from the beginning.
12 事情是這樣的，耶穌說了這些話，群眾都倒在地上，因為他們記起曾有ａ預言說，基督升天後，要親自向他們顯現。
12 And it came to pass that when Jesus had spoken these words the whole multitude afell to the earth; for they remembered that it had been bprophesied among them that Christ should cshowhimself unto them after his ascension into heaven.
13 事情是這樣的，主對他們說：
13 And it came to pass that the aLord spake unto them saying:
14 起來，到我這裡來，用手ａ探入我肋旁，也可以ｂ感覺我手上和腳上的釘痕，好使你們知道我就是ｃ以色列的神，全ｄ地的神，為了世人的罪而被殺害。
14 Arise and come forth unto me, that ye may athrust your hands into my side, and also that ye may bfeel the prints of the nails in my hands and in my feet, that ye may know that I am the cGod of Israel, and the God of the whole dearth, and have been slain for the sins of the world.
15 事情是這樣的，群眾上前去，用手探入祂肋旁，並且感覺祂手上和腳上的釘痕；他們一一走上前去，直到每一個人都上前去，用眼睛看到，用手感覺到，確實知道，並作證ａ祂就是眾先知記載過要來的那位。
15 And it came to pass that the multitude went forth, and thrust their hands into his side, and adid feel the prints of the nails in his hands and in his feet; and this they did do, going forth one by one until they had all gone forth, and did see with their eyes and did feel with their hands, and did know of a surety and did bear record, that it was he, of whom it was written by the prophets, that should come.
16 他們都上前去親自證實後，同聲喊道：
16 And when they had all gone forth and had witnessed for themselves, they did cry out with one accord, saying:
17 和散那！至高之神的名是應當稱頌的！他們伏俯在耶穌跟前並ａ敬拜祂。
17 Hosanna! Blessed be the name of the Most High God! And they did fall down at the feet of Jesus, and did aworship him.
18 事情是這樣的，祂向ａ尼腓說話（尼腓在群眾裡），命令他上前來。
18 And it came to pass that he spake unto aNephi (for Nephi was among the multitude) and he commanded him that he should come forth.
19 尼腓站起來上前去，在主面前跪下，親祂的腳。
19 And Nephi arose and went forth, and abowed himself before the Lord and did bkiss his feet.
20 主命令他站起來，他就起來站在主面前。
20 And the Lord commanded him that he should aarise. And he arose and stood before him.
21 主對他說：我賜給你ａ權力，當我再升天後，你要為這人民ｂ施洗。
21 And the Lord said unto him: I give unto you apower that ye shall bbaptize this people when I am again ascended into heaven.
22 主又召喚ａ其他人，對他們說同樣的話，並賜給他們施洗的權力。祂對他們說：你們當照這樣施洗，彼此ｂ不可再有爭論。
22 And again the Lord called aothers, and said unto them likewise; and he gave unto them power to baptize. And he said unto them: On this wise shall ye baptize; and there shall be bnodisputations among you.
23 我實在告訴你們，凡因你們的ａ話而悔改他的罪，並ｂ渴望奉我的名受洗的，你們要照這樣為他們施洗──看啊，你們要走下去ｃ站在水中，奉我的名為他們施洗。
23 Verily I say unto you, that whoso repenteth of his sins through your awords, and bdesireth to be baptized in my name, on this wise shall ye baptize them—Behold, ye shall go down andcstand in the water, and in my name shall ye baptize them.
24 現在看啊，這些是你們要說的話，你們叫他們的名字說：
24 And now behold, these are the words which ye shall say, calling them by name, saying:
25 我持有耶穌基督賜給我的ａ權柄，奉ｂ父、子和聖靈的名，為你施洗。阿們。
25 Having aauthority given me of Jesus Christ, I baptize you in the name of the bFather, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.
26 然後你們要將他們ａ浸沒水中，再從水中出來。
26 And then shall ye aimmerse them in the water, and come forth again out of the water.
27 你們要照這樣奉我的名施洗；因為看啊，我實在對你們說，父、子、聖靈原為ａ一；我在父裡面，父在我裡面，父與我原為一。
27 And after this manner shall ye abaptize in my name; for behold, verily I say unto you, that the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost are bone; and I am in the Father, and the Father in me, and the Father and I are one.
28 你們要照我命令的施洗。你們不可和過去一樣彼此ａ爭論，也不可和過去一樣爭論我教義中的要點。
28 And according as I have commanded you thus shall ye baptize. And there shall be no adisputations among you, as there have hitherto been; neither shall there be disputations among you concerning the points of my doctrine, as there have hitherto been.
29 我實實在在告訴你們，凡具有ａ紛爭之靈的，不是屬於我的，是屬於ｂ魔鬼的；魔鬼是紛爭之父，他煽動人心彼此挾怒紛爭。
29 For verily, verily I say unto you, he that hath the spirit ofacontention is not of me, but is of the bdevil, who is the father of contention, and he stirreth up the hearts of men to contend with anger, one with another.
30 看啊，煽動人心彼此激怒敵對，這不是我的教義；而這是我的教義，就是要消除這種事。
30 Behold, this is not my doctrine, to stir up the hearts of men with anger, one against another; but this is my doctrine, that such things ashould be done away.
31 看啊，我實實在在告訴你們，我要向你們宣布我的ａ教義。
31 Behold, verily, verily, I say unto you, I will declare unto you my adoctrine.
32 這是我的ａ教義，也是父賜給我的教義；我為父ｂ作證，父為我作證，而ｃ聖靈為父與我作證；我作證父命令各地所有的人悔改並相信我。
32 And this is my adoctrine, and it is the doctrine which the Father hath given unto me; and I bear brecord of the Father, and the Father beareth record of me, and the cHoly Ghost beareth record of the Father and me; and I bear record that the Father commandeth all men, everywhere, to repent and believe in me.
33 And whoso believeth in me, and is abaptized, the same shall be bsaved; and they are they who shall cinherit the kingdom of God.
34 凡不相信我的人，不受洗的，必被定罪。
34 And whoso believeth not in me, and is not abaptized, shall be damned.
35 我實實在在告訴你們，這就是我的教義，我從父那裡來為此作證；凡ａ相信我的也必相信父，父必為我向他作證，因為祂必ｂ用火與ｃ聖靈眷顧他。
35 Verily, verily, I say unto you, that this is my doctrine, and I bear record of it from the Father; and whoso abelieveth in me believeth in the Father also; and unto him will the Father bear record of me, for he will visit him bwith fire and with the cHoly Ghost.
36 父必這樣為我作證，聖靈也必為父與我向他作證，因為父、我、聖靈原為一。
36 And thus will the Father bear record of me, and the aHoly Ghost will bear record unto him of the Father and me; for the Father, and I, and the Holy Ghost are bone.
37 我再告訴你們，你們必須悔改，ａ變得像小孩那樣，並奉我的名受洗，否則你們無法獲得這些。
37 And again I say unto you, ye must repent, and abecome as ablittle child, and be baptized in my name, or ye can in nowise receive these things.
38 我再告訴你們，你們必須悔改，奉我的名受洗，變得像小孩那樣，否則你們無法承受神的國。
38 And again I say unto you, ye must repent, and be baptized in my name, and become as a little achild, or ye can in nowise inherit the kingdom of God.
39 我實實在在告訴你們，這就是我的教義；凡ａ建立在這上面的，就是建立在我的磐石上，ｂ地獄之門不能勝過他們。
39 Verily, verily, I say unto you, that this is my adoctrine, and whoso bbuildeth upon this buildeth upon my rock, and the cgatesof hell shall not prevail against them.
40 凡宣講這教義時有所增減，並宣稱為我的教義的，必來自魔鬼，不是建立在我的磐石上，而是建立在ａ沙土的基礎上，大水湧到、狂風吹打時，地獄之門就敞開，吞沒他們。
40 And whoso shall adeclare more or less than this, and establish it for my doctrine, the same cometh of evil, and is not built upon my rock; but he buildeth upon a bsandy foundation, and the gates of hell stand open to receive such when the floods come and the winds beat upon them.
41 因此，你們往這人民那裡去，將我說的話，傳揚到大地各端。
41 Therefore, go forth unto this people, and declare the words which I have spoken, unto the ends of the earth.
